How do I join a restaurant on Reapeat?

Open the app and tap the QR code tab in the bottom navigation. Point your camera at the QR code displayed at the restaurant to instantly join their loyalty program.

How do I earn and redeem rewards?

You earn points automatically each time you check in at a participating restaurant by scanning their QR code. Rewards can be redeemed directly through the app — tap your profile to see your current points and available offers.

I can't scan the QR code. What should I do?

Make sure you have granted camera permission to Reapeat in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. Ensure the QR code is well-lit and held steady within the camera frame. If the issue persists, try force-quitting and reopening the app.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for Reapeat in your device Settings → Notifications → Reapeat. You can also manage notification preferences inside the app under Profile → Settings.

How do I update my profile or email address?

Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap Settings to update your name, profile photo, or other details. To change your email address, contact us at support@joinreapeat.com.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or email us at support@joinreapeat.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we will process your request within 5 business days.

The app crashed or isn't loading. What should I try?

First, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem continues, check that you have a stable internet connection. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Reapeat from the App Store. If none of these help, contact us with a description of the issue.

I'm a restaurant owner — how do I get set up?

Visit joinreapeat.com and fill out the partner form. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to get your restaurant onboarded and generate your QR code.

Account & Data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Email us at support@joinreapeat.com with the subject "Delete Account" and include the email address linked to your account.
